A few changes for this holiday season!

For all orders placed online between 11/20 and 12/19, returns are possible until January 3, 2025.

Conditions outside the holiday season

If you placed your order before 20/11, you have a 14-day return period from the date of receipt.

The item must be unworn, unwashed and still with its label.

Packaging may be different from the original.

Your return request can be made in the "my account" area without the need for a customer account. You will need your order number, which you can find in your order dispatch emails.

Please note! Once the request has been validated, it is no longer possible to modify it.

You'll then receive a returns slip, which you'll need to include in your parcel, and a carrier label if you're returning from mainland France (including Corsica).

Place your items in the packaging so that they arrive in good condition at our logistics center!

  • If you live in mainland France:

You can download a pre-paid return label from your customer area. A fixed fee of €5 will be deducted from your refund (excluding carpets).

For returns concerning a carpeta lump sum equivalent to the cost of postage (one way) will be deducted from your refund.

  • If you live outside mainland France :

You are responsible for the return postage. You can send it to :

However, you will need to complete the returns form to indicate the items you wish to return. Then send the parcel to the address indicated.

In both cases, once the parcel has been received and checked by our logistician, we will refund you within a maximum of 14 working days.
