HAPPY FRIDAY #80

Happy Friday my little cats!

Already a week down the drain! I admit I've been struggling to keep up with our resolutions, but I'm not going to let the day-to-day overwhelm me! My battle against time has begun, and I'm not going to let it get to me this year. In my 2016 fashion resolutions, I'm all about color and doing violence to myself in the morning to come up with "fun" looks more often and give in less to the sirens of the black tights and the cuddly sweater dress... So as you can see, it's colorful! I'd opted for a beige scarf, but when I saw myself, I said to myself: color for color's sake, let's go all out...

As part of my fashions resolution, I've also decided to stop fighting for a "lady's" handbag, as I feel inexorably drawn towards canvas tote bags. I make an effort and then finally I abuse these poor bags so much, trying to fit my whole life into them, that I systematically go back to a totebag. It's never-ending. A bit like when I tell myself I'll never go to H&M again and then finally give in to the temptation of a green sequin skirt.

So, since we're never better served than by ourselves, with Wear Lemonade I decided to design an XXL tote bag with polka dots. I carry it everywhere, and I have a feeling it's going to be my best friend on the beach this summer too. So you're going to tell me that it's nice of me to tell you about a giant tote bag that's no longer available on the e-shop. For the record, we decided to make only a small quantity to see if you'd be receptive to the appeal of giant tote bags. It's fair to say that you were more than thrilled, so don't panic - you'll just have to be patient, as these bags will be back in a few weeks' time!

And then, the more I think about it, the more I think it would be a great idea to have soft leather tote bags made... Anyway, I think I want to make a Wear Lemonade handbag... Wouldn't that be nice? Better than a tote bag, a practical and beautiful tote at the same time. Not so huge as to hold your whole life, a sort of sexy Mary Poppins bag! Yes, it's possible to have a sexy handbag, I assure you.
