#DIYJeCoudsMonMasque

With the support of documents provided by Grenoble University Hospital, and the advice of infectious diseases doctors we contacted, we decided to create this #DIYJeCoudsMonMasque to teach you how to sew a washable fabric mask.

Please note: These masks are not medical devices. Whatever the materials used, they do not protect against viruses, but they do form a first barrier to prevent droplets from being sprayed and avoid hand/mouth contact. Respect barrier gestures.

They should not be worn for several hours, and should be washed regularly at high temperature.

Seamstresses, to your machines! If you have the time, the energy and the ability, make more masks and distribute them to the most vulnerable people, the teams... Make My Lemonade teams are behind their home-office-machines!

Take care of yourself and your loved ones, we'll be in touch soon, okay?

Support and a huge THANK YOU to all the medical and paramedical staff currently on the front line.

The World Health Organization recommends adopting a series of barrier gestures, such as the scrupulous application of basic hygiene rules :

  • Wash hands very regularly (with hydroalcoholic solution or soap and water),
  • Sneeze or cough into your elbow, use disposable tissues, ventilate rooms and avoid close contact with people.
  • Clean inert surfaces regularly (e.g. door handles, telephones), where the virus can survive for several days.

A toll-free number is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for non-medical questions: 0 800 130 000.
