Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). This time may be extended during holiday periods, new collections or lock-ups.

Pre-ordered items are dispatched from the date indicated on the product sheet. If 2 items in your order are pre-ordered, the package will be dispatched when it is complete (latest date).

Here are our carriers, prices vary according to the weight of your parcel: 

  • Metropolitan France : Colissimo (2-3 days) from 6€ , Mondial Relay (3-5 days) from 4,90€, Chronopost 13H (delivery Monday to Friday): from €9.50, GLS (within 48 hours of dispatch) from 25€.

Delivery in mainland France is free for orders over €200 with Colissimo or Mondial Relay, excluding bulky goods.

  • DOM-TOM: Colissimo (5-6 days), from €16
  • United Kingdom: Colissimo (5-6 days), from €11
  • Europe: Colissimo international (4-5 days), from €9.50 and GLS for furniture shipments (48h).
  • Rest of the world: Colissimo international (5-6 days), from 30€.

Product returns

You have access to 14 days to return an item if it does not suit you (from the date of receipt). If your order was delivered in France Metropolitan FranceYou can download a pre-paid return label from your customer area. A flat-rate fee of €5 will be deducted from your refund (excluding carpets).

For returns concerning a carpeta lump sum equivalent to the cost of postage (one way) will be deducted from your refund.

If your order has been delivered outside mainland France returns are at your expense.

However, you will need to complete the returns form to indicate the items you wish to return and send the package to the address indicated.
