Hello lemons!

I've been thinking about this article for a while! For a long time, I thought that what I liked best about launching my own brand was designing clothes I'd always wanted to wear, creating a unique universe, imagining crazy shoots, seeing you make Wear Lemonade pieces your own, and recently, on top of everything else, I've realized that what I'm also excited about is the parcel experience!

As you know, Wear Lemonade is only sold on the internet, so not having a real boutique to physically visit makes it difficult for me to really immerse myself in our lemony universe. So when you place an order for clothes or fabrics, you'll receive some little touches in your parcel, different every quarter. A bit like a surprise bag for each collection, that's what the parcel experience is all about!

But often, I really have to rein myself in, because if it were up to me, half the cost of shipping your parcels would be allocated to gifts...

Since the beginning of the year, we've hired a logistician. A logistician is a company that prepares shipments for another company, and can also manage the latter's inventory. It was a big step for me to let our products leave for the South of France. This had long been an issue, as the number of orders was increasing and it was becoming difficult to manage everything from the lemonade studio. The time we spent preparing packages was time we weren't spending creating things. So, thanks to recommendations from our friends at Noo Underwear, we came across the company. Burlat.

And voilà, it's a real coup de coeur for these people, who now prepare your parcels, and take care of our products. I went to visit them last month, and what a great adventure it was, because hold on to your hats, we're preparing a lovely stationery collection together, which will be released in a few days' time!

But to come back to the parcel experience, the most important thing for us is to please and thank. When you order on the Internet, I'm not telling you anything new, but it's all very abstract: you're buying nothing more and nothing less than an image. So for me, when I order on the Internet and receive my parcel, it's like giving myself a present, because it's basically packaged, and then it's always a surprise to see if the products correspond to my expectations! That's why it's so important for you to receive a well-cared-for parcel, because you dare to take the step of buying something that at first sight is intangible and immaterial, and this is my way of thanking you for the trust you place in us...

Since the launch of the new collection, we've also been working with the pros of the parcel experience, namely Moo.comTogether, we imagined that our invoices would no longer be printed on simple white paper, but that the back of your invoice could be framed with a pretty little note... And in addition to the invoice in all orders, there's a thick postcard that you can use as a "thank you card", with the added bonus of a discount code for your first Moo order! I hope we can continue to work together for future collections, because their products are of the highest quality, and I've since had my business cards made on their site, and they leave no one indifferent. Really, give them a try, you'll be blown away by the quality of the items you receive!

In short, you'll also receive a tote bag (soon to be redesigned)... and our Daily Lemonade with an exclusive DIY inside and photos of the collection. And to celebrate the launch of Dita, the first 300 orders received a small jar of Sephora melon cream!

In short, I love my job. A big kiss to you all!
