No but this article title !!!

I don't know where to start ! Monoprix !!! Can you believe it ? I'm having trouble integrating everything that's happened in the last 18 months ! I think I'll start to realize it when I see my reel in the window of the Monoprix on my street corner... (I haven't yet!).

You know, I've done quite a few collaborations now. But this one... It's like a glass of champagne that never runs dry! It's been fizzing since the beginning, with great intensity as the months go by, and I hear it's only just begun! I'd just like you to take a moment to picture in my mind the day we received the e-mail from Monoprix inviting us to meet... The end of the appointment unfolds and I understand what has just happened. The girls from Monoprix had come to ask us if we'd be interested in doing a collaboration together... Let us think for 2 seconds? YES!

The studio door closes on this meeting, and there it is... dancing for joy, 90s music (of the highest quality) blasting through the office and the choreographed victory dance... What nonsense! And then it's impossible to move on for several days. I scribble down lists of things we could do together, feeling like Jo in Grégoire Delacourt's novel La Liste de mes envies. I start by listing things that are shy and easy, and after my thirtieth list, I have the madness of grandeur... Let's calm down Lisa Gachet. In short, with Monoprix, I understood that the watchword was: "Sky is the limit".

You know, for Wear Lemonade, I have big ambitions, and one of them is for my clothing brand to become a global lifestyle brand, with linens, a children's line, home decor and handbags, all sprinkled with stationery and a few pairs of shoes or eyewear... I could go on and on, but like all big dreams, it takes time. A lot of time. Just to formulate your wishes to the universe and hope that it will give you the courage, energy and opportunities to fulfill your requests!

So, little by little, I make my way, and then suddenly there's this encounter with Monoprix that gives me a foretaste of my wildest dreams! So sure, I still don't feel like I've reached my goal, but maybe just the sensation of caressing a little closer the stars that light up the ceiling of my little brain.

It's very exciting, and it makes me very happy to know that it's possible. I see this collaboration as a huge opportunity to tell a story with lots of possible endings and, above all, lots of chapters!

Monoprix is an institution; it's where people come to shop for food, an essential part of life, you might say. But I'm sure that for you too, it's at Monop' that you've found that perfect little blouse that never leaves your side. Or that cuddly cashmere sweater you'd originally planned to give your father, but which, by some incongruous coincidence, ended up on your back... Or that lace bra that's so comfortable and sexy, it makes your girlfriends in the changing room at the gym green with envy. And it's there, too, that you've unearthed that giant mug you tiptoe to every morning from the kitchen cupboard, your favorite mug. So, yes, Monoprix is for everyday use, for picking up lunch or shopping for dinner, but I'm sure you're just like me, always coming away with something you didn't really need, but which is nevertheless completely indispensable to your life...

For Confettis Factory, I imagined this collection as a party. The same party it's been over the past 18 months to imagine this collection. Out with autumnal hues, in with color! Because, frankly, September is a bit like summer gone wild. So burgundy red, navy blue or fir green are out of the question for the time being. So it was with an explosion of color that I imagined this story. Each piece has been imagined as a potential coup de coeur, a little treasure that works on its own or with the whole collection...

For the clothes, we imagined a wardrobe of our essentials: a skirt, a dress, a jumpsuit, overalls, pants, a blouse, a shirt and a mid-season coat (my favorite). Basics revisited for back-to-school, clothes for real life in which you feel unique and invincible. What more could you ask for? Low prices, perhaps? Well, this capsule is a real gift! As Monoprix is in charge of production (because the scale of our productions is obviously not the same), we're offering you Wear Lemonade at a low price. Well, at least more than usual, because as you know, we don't go overboard with our margins!

And for those who don't know, my first steps as a stylist began with children's fashion. So it's been a joy to imagine our designs for little girls! Well, little boys will have to wait a little longer, but I'd love to get back into that world one day soon...

You're getting to know us, so I'm sure you can imagine how much fun it was to work on this collaboration, especially the clothing part. But to tell you the truth, the real fun came when we had to design the tableware, decorations and stationery! What a playground! It was so cool, you've no idea! Yes, because my other passion after the quest for the perfect clothes is decorating and all that that encompasses! I'll let you discover these round objects very quickly, but I hope you can guess that the edges of our rounded plates are a nod to the festoons on the lemonade stands, and that the little yellow ball on the top of the teapot refers to our citrus totem...

Kisses and I can't wait to read more!

Come and meet us from September 13 to 24 at 123 rue de turenne in Paris, from 11am to 8pm, we're open every day! After that, I'll make no secret of the fact that since we opened, stock has been flying off the shelves very quickly, and we may be closing a little earlier than planned...Don't hesitate to subscribe to our stock alerts on the eshop if ever we hear back from one of your favorites!

Hugs and kisses to you all!

Lisa

Ps: You have no idea how hard we worked and how proud I am of my team of number 10s...
