Happy Sunday, my dear otters,

The sun is (almost) back, the days are getting longer and longer, and here at Lemonade Studio we're feeling our wings grow! We've got lots of great projects coming up, lots of crazy, almost unrealizable ideas, but as you know, there's no stopping us! Anyway, today I'd like to tell you about our latest workshop with Sephoraand a little bird tells me that a second one is on the way. Once again, I'd advise you to sign up for the newsletter to keep up to date, as it's about to go live for a workshop on the last weekend of June!

For a first workshop with a beauty brand, the challenge was to find DIYs that made sense with the products offered by the brand to participants, and the theme was nail art... Butterflies, rhinestones and other typos aren't really our cup of tea, but we like more discreet things, which are in the realm of detail, like peas... So we've come up with a little case to hold all these products, a special manicure box, so you can keep everything together and stop spreading your nail clippers and polishes all over your apartment. So don't worry, we'll be bringing you the DIY for the box very soon, so that you too can make the most of it!

We made a featherboard base, which we secured with sewing pins, and then to dress it all up we suggested that participants choose one of our Wear Lemonade fabrics, the eyelashes of course being a big hit! We spent many long days thinking about this DIY, sometimes doubting its feasibility with 10 participants. There were so many steps to complete, and sometimes it's hard for us to judge the difficulty of a DIY. But against all odds, the participants were very, very efficient and quick, and we promise not to underestimate anyone again.

Between two DIYs, we allowed ourselves a real snack break thanks to Fauchon which was a partner in this workshop, and believe me, we had a real feast of colors and flavors! So we were able to move on to the next part of the workshop in perfect spirits! Sephora had also brought in sweet Isabelle, so that each participant could leave with a brand-new manicure! For the second bonus workshop, Lisa rethought this incredible image Pinterest image we've all seen: wire jewelry and nail polish. So when you put it like that, it doesn't necessarily sell dreams, but I assure you, the result is pretty impressive!

I have to confess that I wasn't much help with this DIY, because even after hours of practice, I could only make one petal out of five, which was a big frustration! But after all, I'm the queen of pinatas, not the queen of flowers, hehe (but since then I've been practicing secretly at night to get the hang of it, so I'm on the right track!) All that to say that fortunately everyone was better at this than me, and the girls were able to decorate their bun pins with little flowers!

Many thanks to the entire Sephora for this wonderful workshop, to our Olitax for this wonderful video, to Musicalist for the sweet music that accompanies it, to Fauchon for the sweet break and to all the participants for their good mood! Kisses to you, my dear otters, and see you soon for new lemon adventures and the DIY box!
