Sweet Sunday,

A few weeks ago, I received an e-mail from the lovely Lili Barbery-Coulon (I was already charmed by her first name...), who was a little too flattered because her blog and she's got a very sharp eye for what's going on around her and the blogo/fashion/beauty/event microcosm, so check out her wonderful site: ma récréation you'll understand what I'm talking about... So I received an incredibly sweet e-mail in which she asked me to "invent" an easy recipe that would impress my friends and family, so in the spirit of pre-bikini lightness I came up with a "light" pavlova in which I replaced the whipped cream with 0% yoghurt ice cream.
