Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 24 to 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). This time may be extended during periods of high order volume (Christmas, collection launches or inventories).
Pre-order items are shipped from the date indicated on the product sheet. If your order contains at least 1 pre-order item, your order will be shipped when complete.
If your order contains at least 2 pre-ordered items, your order will be shipped when it is complete (the latest date).
Delivery in mainland France by Chronopost 13H (24h after dispatch, Monday to Friday), Colissimo (2-3 days), Mondial Relay (3-5 days), GLS (3 to 4 working days), in Europe (4-5 days), and worldwide (5-6 days). Delivery in mainland France is free for orders over âŹ200 with Colissimo, excluding bulky items.
Product returns
You have 14 days to return an item if it does not suit you (from the date of receipt). If your order was delivered in Metropolitan France, you can download a pre-paid return label from your customer area. A âŹ5 handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
If your order has been delivered outside mainland France: returns are at your expense.
