At my feet
Hello my little cats!
I'm going through a complicated period, nothing nasty but not easy every day, I've named it: Waiting... I'm waiting for my baby book to arrive, I'm waiting for my website to be translated, I'm waiting to finish my new design (which will be ready, fingers crossed, by early June, like the book and the translation after all...) and then I'm waiting for June, because that's the month when projects will be coming out that I'm dying to tell you about, but there's an embargo on the subject for the time being... Yes, I know, I've tried to put it like that, but the book will be later than planned, I'm as disappointed as you are, but it's getting better, it's being polished and then with all these holidays it's not easy to be on time... In short, the wait is long, I'm stamping my feet, I'm counting the days, like a kid before Christmas or her birthday...
So instead of spending my days saying "I can't wait" or "I can't wait", I use this time in a useful way. Yes, because to add to the anticipation, I want to progress, I want to master new photo retouching tools, I want to give a touch to my images. And on top of that, I'd like to understand the language of htlm code and other cyberspaces to really optimize my little site. I want to make progress, but I know it's going to take time. It's great because I go to bed every night less stupid, but ultimately frustrating, because I'm not making as much progress as I'd like... I'm getting there... It's a bit as if you absolutely have to finish decorating your office before you can really start working on it, as if the choice of pencil pot could be decisive for the quality of future work (I'm not crazy, I'm sure you know what I mean...). )
So, to relax, I draw, I draw my new pals... My trifecta of the moment, for shoot days and other urban adventures, I put on my biker boots Sendraleather booties that seem to be indestructible, solid and comfortable, a really good find (and the height of chic, they're handmade, yes, I'm kidding myself...). Then there are my comfort and cuteness darlings, these little derbies Clotaire imagined by my friend Violaine (who I absolutely must tell you about again very soon, she's so cool) and her partner Elsa, this little brand is revolutionizing the kids' shoe market, not only for the quality of these leather shoes, but also for their price... Amen. And best of all... Clotaire also wears sizes 37, 38, 39.... Hallelujah! After playing Lucky Luke and Petit Nicolas all day long, I like to slip on my little Mellow Yellow jewels (okay, I've got a pair of ballet flats in my bag...), just so I don't forget that I'm also a woman.
See you tomorrow, kittens!
