TATTOOS NOT FOREVER

Hello my little cats! 

I'm back, we're back! We've had a crazy 10 days at the office, between a whirlwind of love and the preparation of lots of shoots for a new project... Everyone's been pitching in, so we've been a bit absent, but it's funny to see how excited we were to get it over with and get back to preparing content around here! We've been listening to you and "good people" are coming, videos, DIY, contests, sewing tips, all that! Life is crazy and sweet! 

Today, it's with great emotion and pride that I present you my latest! Tattoos not forever ! So what is it? It's a "boxed" book containing explanations on how to create your own temporary tattoos, inspirational photos of tattoo use by the talented Charlotte Abramowhundreds of black-and-white illustrations, and 70 ephemeral tattoos to get right now! The book is designed by my brilliant friend Alexandra Bruel with her graphic studio Piu Design. A real 100% Girl power project, just the way we like it.

I'm not going to tell you how long it took for this project to see the light of day, but I threw myself into creating the illustrations, stitch by stitch, just like real tattoos. It was quite a project for a nonpatient like me, but I'm glad I did. Eyrollesmy publisher, gave me the push I needed, and I'd like to thank them for that! It was also good to rack our brains around a theme, and imagine the tattoos I'd love to have, and the ones I imagine you'd love to wear... I could sense your passion for ephemeral tattoos during the collaboration I did last year with Bourjois. It was a great experience, but I have to admit I was frustrated by the small size of the drawings, and for this book I wanted bigger, more realistic ones too!
