FREELANCE GRAPHIC DESIGNER 5-MONTH ASSIGNMENT 

 We're looking for a dynamic graphic designer to join us for a 5-month period from now until mid-June! This is a versatile position that will involve you in a wide range of creative fields!  

Layout : Indesign and Illustrator are your best friends, and "millimeter accuracy" is your religion; polished layout is one of the signatures of our universes:

• Layout of pdf files and sewing booklets for Wear Lemonade patterns.
• Layout of Lemonade Daily for each collection launch.
• Sewing gazette (new items to come) to be created for pdf subscribers.

Graphic design and 3D With a graphics tablet or your ten fingers, you're fast and precise. Every day is different at Lemonade Studio, and brings its share of creative subjects!

• Creating paper backdrops for photo shoots
• Designing motifs for the Make My Lemonade and Wear Lemonade collections and graphic elements
• Lettering and graphic research for stationery and other communication media!

Trainee Styling/Modeling and Production

We are looking for an intern or an intern to help the creative and production departments of the Wear Lemonade brand, starting immediately and for a minimum of 3 months. This position requires a high level of motivation, with a strong desire to discover the workings of a ready-to-wear brand and help keep it running smoothly:

Styling, vou will help create a new collection and set up its universe:

•  Preparation of technical elements: creation of drawings and data sheets for suppliers, material research, collection plan.

Model-makingAs a pattern maker, you'll help develop the models that will be sold on Wear Lemonade, either as a finished product or as a pattern:

•  Follow-up on fittings: understand and follow the development of a model, including taking measurements.
• Pattern-making: manual reproduction of the brand's patterns for suppliers. Illustrator layout of patterns for sale.
•  Pattern after-sales management: answer, help and reassure the brand's pattern readership.

Qualities required:

•  Resourcefulness and responsiveness
•  Knowledge of graphic design software mandatory: Illustrator, Indesign.
•  Good model-making skills
•  Ability to communicate clearly and concisely

Customer relations and e-shop operational management, part-time or full-time

We're looking for Wear Lemonade's future customer relations and e-shop operations manager! This is a position with a strong operational dimension, focusing on three key areas for the brand's business:

Customer relations and after-sales serviceYou will be the direct contact for customers at the Lemonade Studio! You will be in daily contact with them by e-mail and telephone, always in the brand's spirit of proximity, and with the following objectives:

• Provide friendly, efficient customer service: listen, find solutions and assist customers at every stage of the purchasing process.
• Informing customers about products and the brand: answering questions, highlighting product expertise and the Wear Lemonade concept.
• Act as a link between customers and the rest of the team: pass on suggestions, bugs, recurring requests and other information likely to help us move forward!

Logistics and stock managementAs part of the Logistics and Inventory Management team, you will be the point of contact between the logistician, production and e-shop project management, and will be responsible for keeping the site running on a daily basis!

• Manage the flow of orders: ensure that shipments run smoothly and that items are repatriated for click & collect orders.
•  Monitor stock movements: organize transfers between the Lemonade Studio and the logistician, control and update stocks.
• Handle customer returns: create credit notes in the back office, return items and put them back in stock.

Pdf subscription management, Your role will be to manage subscriptions to dematerialized patterns, and to set up appropriate processes to facilitate the management of the new service:

• Control the timing and dispatch of gifts: develop the subscription tracking file and organize dispatches at the end of the subscription.
• Ensure customer service for subscriptions: cancellations, renewals, changes of payment method, etc.
• Helping to perfect the tool: you will make suggestions for improvements to be implemented.
