TO BE CONTINUED
My little cats,
I was telling you about DIY, surprises and a crazy back-to-school season, and so it continues. It's taken me a while to put it all together, but here it is and I'm only too happy to give you the results!
To refresh your memory, last June saw the release of Make my Party200 pages of love, 5 chapters of inspiration, 25 DIYs and 10 recipes... I'm repeating myself, but without you this project would never have seen the light of day. So, in addition to telling you thank you every three days, I wanted to give you a gift. It's a two-sided gift: it's a bonus for those of you who already own the book, but it's also a glimpse of what you'll find inside... Because it's a brand-new extra chapter... BBQ O'CLOCK! 33 pages that I'll be delivering to you throughout the week... at the end of the week, you'll have your complete PDF to download... And the icing on the cake, I'm doing a little DIY this weekend on how to bind your chapter and slip it in at the end of your book. Make my party!
For the record, I really wanted a more masculine chapter (but I'll explain that in the following pages). To tell you the truth, my editor at Eyrolles had asked me to sign a contract for a book that was supposed to be around 160 pages long, and my little bichon was already 200, so when I told her about a final chapter, she laughed and said "We're going to explode the production costs, so save the idea for a volume two"... But if there is to be a volume two, I'd prefer to work on something completely different, so the idea of a digital gift came very naturally... So TA-DA! Many thanks to Capucine Léonard Matta for her work and time on this project.
See you tomorrow!
