DAILY LEMONADE #6

Hello my sea otters (yes, it's summer, so I can imagine you all playing with your otter friends by the water).

How are things going? We're all excited, on the verge of hysteria, Larusso playing on a loop while we pack... Because yes, we've finally found OUR offices, offices that match everything we've imagined, bright, big and soon to be lemony. We can't wait to take up our (lemon) quarters and welcome you there, which we'll be doing in just a few days' time! And on this Saturday, when we're all dreaming of yellow carpets, decorations and movers, I'm coming out of my reverie for a few minutes to tell you about our last few weeks in our little Lemonade Studio, which is now getting big (maybe it's a bit like supermarkets, the Lemonade Studio was originally a little lemonade stand, then a Lemonade Studio, now a SuperLemonade Studio, and who knows, maybe one day a HyperLemonade Studio).

I imagine you've seen the new collection Wear Lemonadeand maybe even adopted it already Paloma. As for me, my secret dream is that for the move, we'll all be wearing Paloma, and that we'll arrive at the new offices like a small army of Super Mario movers (okay, so we'll also need a cap and a moustache). In fact, I think that after the photo shoot for the collection, we all thought that a cap might have been a very good idea: we shot in the heat of the day on a very pretty tennis court at the Joinville Tennis Club! We had a lot of fun imagining all this, lemons replacing tennis balls, the tough job of clay sweeper (Laure, if you can hear me, you have my utmost respect, I think you have a future in this business). Anyway, I'll leave you to enjoy the stolen moments of this hot afternoon.

Many of you visited us at Café A where we set up shop for a weekend to meet you and offer you the chance to shop the latest pieces from the former Wear Lemonade collection! The famous Havana brand has redesigned the place in a Cuban spirit, offering you the chance to fly to South America for the whole month of July for the "Wear Lemonade" event.Little Havana". So there we were, in our caseta, surrounded by greenery and ready to welcome you! We also offered two DIY workshops, and, I know I'm repeating myself, it's always a pleasure to meet you and share a few tips! 

It also makes me think how often, in the morning, one of the Lemonade Girls arrives at the office all excited, saying "I saw someone wearing a sweater, my little cat" or "There was a girl on the metro wearing Frida, she was so beautiful! And Little Havana was also an opportunity to see you try on, wear and make our pieces your own, and I have to say it made us all very happy. So, thanks to Havana for trusting us and allowing us to put ourselves on Cuban time for a weekend, you can find Café A transformed into Little Havana until July 31.

I'd like to take this opportunity to introduce you to our latest lemony acquisition: a neon Lemonade! Madness, you say! And yes, it's the brand Blachère brand, which is finally making our wildest dreams come true by offering everyone the chance to create their own favorite word in the form of a luminous garland! We're already imagining where we're going to put it in the SuperLemonade Studio (Lisa is totally in a trance, writing to us at 3 a.m. because she saw an incredible image of desks on Pinterest...).

Let's end this 6th edition of the Daily Lemonade with a bit of a treat! As you may know, 4 times during the summer we'll be reinterpreting Bentos from Planet Sushi Bentos in paper (the veggie, the salmon...)! So summer will be pink, as Lisa would say. I must confess that pink cabbage is my new Sistine Chapel, my masterpiece. My latest masterpiece was the coffee mug from the 2015 calendarbut I think the pink cabbage has clearly surpassed it! And the cherry on the bento is that, as you can see, we've also revisited the Wear Lemonade pieces in the colors and patterns of Planet Sushi bags!
