CANDY EYES #4 TSUMORI CHISATO

Happy Saturday, my little cats! 

Hope you're well, we're sticking to the same colorful theme this week! I think I'm doing a vitamin cure with a lot of color. I no longer need to introduce you to the brand Tsumori Chisatobrand, last February during Fashion Week I was lucky enough to make a reporting I was able to film backstage at the show, as well as shu uemura's hair and make-up fittings and tests. In short, I felt really varnished, super privileged, and then one day Jun, the brand's press attaché contacted me to respond to a call for tenders to design the window displays for the Paris store. The windows will showcase the collection from the show I attended. A tropical pop story, featuring jungles, bananas, toucans and gorillas...

To answer the call for tenders, I didn't make any drawings or mood boards, let alone 3D ones, but I did make a paper showcase in a box (a "mylittlebox" to be exact). So, in a little box, I rendered my desires. I'd gone for yellow and silver and only leaves, but Tsumori only wanted yellow ( Halléluia ) and bananas, lots of bananas. So no more silver. 

I had to use a single color to highlight the collection, like a graphic case for a few months. But I was afraid it would be flat with just one shade, so with the girls from the lemonade studio, we mixed the two shades of yellow. And repainted the picture rail with a yellow cake from Farrow and Ball as a base. Then off to the big covering session!
