Happy Friday #85
Hello my little cats!
Another visit to the museum for this happy friday, it would almost become a running gag, but I don't know I regularly escape with Simoné during the week to discover or rediscover these Parisian treasures! On my way to take these photos, I realized that the Paleontology and Comparative Anatomy Gallery is the museum I've visited most since I've been living in Paris. While some people find this place creepy, I love it. I feel like I'm traveling back in time, everything seems frozen, I love the caligraphed labels, the dust in the beams of light, the crumbling paint, the creaking parquet floor, like in a movie. One of my childhood dreams was to become an archaeologist, and I also dreamed of becoming a florist, but that's another story! I highly recommend a visit to this magical place!
And while preparing this post, I also realized that this was my 10th year in Paris. It was a bit of a slap in the face, and I realized that there were still hundreds of places I hadn't discovered yet! I really want to take the time to explore the capital, and see the addresses that have been tempting me for years. I'd like to prepare a post of my must-see Parisian places and addresses, a bit like the little tour I'd like to give to a friend coming to Paris for the first time. The idea and challenge would be to add new discoveries every year!
For this Happy Friday, I wanted to do a "first in class" look with a twist, using the Léna dress I say "twisted" because of the fishnet stockings, which I calmed down with a big pair of polka-dot socks and a pair of flat boots. I was even thinking of adding a little grosgrain ribbon to make myself a lavallière, but that just made me feel too much like someone else... In short, I can't hide the fact that it's an indescribable feeling to be able to create the clothes you've dreamed of... I really can't decide which version I prefer. with eyelashesor the midnight blue... I think they're both a facet of my personality!
So today I'm wearing a dress Lénablue of your eyes, black fishnet stockings and socks Monoprixa small bag found on Sarenza. Vintage boots and a jacket H&M that I've had for about 1 million years. Hugs and kisses! See you very, very soon! And tell me: what are your favorite Parisian spots?
These wonderful photos were of course taken by our dear Olitax !
