Little Fashion Gallery_March 2014

My little hearts,

I'm starting the week with you, with a project that's close to my heart. Since the beginning of the year I've been working on the website Little Fashion Gallerythe pioneer of children's concept stores on the Internet... I had already worked for the site at the very beginning of the blog and then time went by, everyone's needs evolved, LFG's requirements became more precise, my desires greater and the means implemented completely different. I'm delighted to see these changes a year and a half later... What a long way we've come! Today, I'm very happy that LFG still trusts me, and I'm very proud to show you these shoots, which are the fruit of crazy teamwork...

So today, every month I carry out an Art Direction assignment for them, but what does it involve? Well, Marie Soudré Richard, the site's creator, gives me a theme she wants to work on and put forward for the month in progress. In this case, it's "middle school", and then I get the ball rolling, proposing a concept, a decor, this famous set design, a styling with the products available on the site, researching inspirations for the children's poses and habits, freelancing for the make-up etc... With Marie, we choose the photographers and the children, and then I put together a fine team with photographers, make-up artists, hairdressers and all the other indispensable little hands. Fortunately, I have the help of the Little Fashion Gallery team (thanks Léonie), otherwise I wouldn't be able to manage. I must confess that the most complicated part is finding the dates between Wednesdays, school vacations, workshops and everyone's schedules... It's lacework!

So for a shoot like this one, there's a lot of people: Charlotte Evrard for photography and retouching (my darling charlotte), who is assisted by the lovely Déborah CorcosFor hair and make-up, it's the turn of Nelly ChatagnonFor the decor, I had the help of Charlotte S., my crazy assistant, and Léonie and Marine, the most patient little hands in the world. The styling is dictated by the arrival of new items on the site, but also by the creations of Little Fashion Gallery which set up its own brand a year ago, and from that I embroider. The children are also part of the mission, and are the lifeblood of the shoots, generally numbering between 4 and 5 per story... And I almost forgot Tania, who produces the making of these 100-hour days. All under the watchful eye of Marie Soudré Richard. So here we are, a dozen brains to bring these mini monthly campaigns to life.

Thanks to all and thanks to Léonie, Noémie, Maya, Luka and Paul! To see all the images from the shoot, go to here or on the LFG
