"People often talk about our relationship with Paris as a game of cat and mouse, between irresistible attraction and epidermal repulsion. But I love this city, I chose it. I like to say it's my very own Erasmus. Freshly over 18, I arrived in my 15m2 shack in Gare de l'Est. My head was full of dreams, my mind was not very clear, but I had the feeling that Paris was going to be my American dream.
Thirteen years later, I'd be lying if I told you that this city hasn't lived up to its promise. I don't think a city can write a destiny, but I'm certain it was my breeding ground for dreaming big!"
