HAPPY FRIDAY #82
My little cats!
I'm on cloud nine! And speaking of cumulus clouds, I've also had another little cloud, a gray one, hanging over my head for the past few weeks. You know those little clouds that follow you around, that you can't do anything about, just wait for them to pass? I'm in the middle of a transition right now, and since I always have this problem with patience, it's not always easy to let time take its course. In my 2016 resolutions, I had in mind to move, to find us a nest in the 10th arrondissement of Paris. I had very sensibly told my friends and family that we'd give ourselves 6 months to fall in love with real estate, but of course after a month I was already starting to curse "seloger.com", "leboncoin.fr" and in particular "particulier à particuler.fr". And as in my head I was already seeing us elsewhere, I couldn't stand anything more in our home, I didn't feel like going home in the evening in the 19th arrondissement, nor tidying up... You know what I mean?
And on top of that, for some time now I've had the feeling that I've become a little more than an entrepreneur, I've become an entrepreneur. Make My Lemonade is still confetti and spools of thread, but it's above all a team of people with a passion for what they do, who need to be guided towards a common goal: to make liters of lemonade, but also to make a living from our passion! I think I'll come back to this later, because it's worth a proper article! In realizing this, I felt that the design of the current site was perhaps too childish for the woman I'm becoming, and for the creative studio we're in the process of designing.
In full transition, I tell you! From the apartment to the blog, I felt like I wasn't completely at home anymore and didn't know how things were going to work out. But as time goes by and everything comes to those who wait, version 2.0 of Make My Lemonade is being fine-tuned and our application for the apartment we'd hardly dared to dream of has been accepted (AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH )!!!! At the end of next week I'll be migrating to my wildest real estate and digital dreams! Literally as if recharged to the brim, ready to set sail for new lemony adventures!
Hugs and kisses!
Your Captain Lisa Sparrow.
Today I'm wearing a mouth shirt that's not very well cut at all. 3 Swissbut I love the print, so I'm only wearing it with a jacket, which is a shame. My Wanda trench Wear Lemonade love red, bitten mouth, love apple, which finishes any of my outfits. My cuddly jeans Samsoe Samsoea great Danish brand, socks Falke x Manolo Blahnikand Stan Smith (it's time to get back on the happy friday bandwagon...).
Thanks to the fabulous Olitax for the photos!
