DAILY LEMONADE #4
Hello my little otters,
Today, I'd like to start the "In Frida's dressing room" column. Because now that we're working in the office, we see a lot less of Frida than we used to, and I know you miss her too. So here's a little photo taken the day before a photoshoot, Frida loved preparing the looks!
I don't know about you, but with winter slowly approaching, we're already craving Christmas decorations, snowflakes, weekends by the fire and especially foie gras for me... So we're in the process of preparing a special week for you: recipes, shopping, crazy DIYs, decorating... A little backstage of this shoot with Pauline Darley, Camille Siguret and our Fred Fred. Can you spot the theme of this special week in these photos?
Let's continue with the Christmas craze that's gradually invading our screens and moodboards... A few days ago, we organized a workshop by Bureau Cécile Togni for Showroomprive.com which was presenting its Christmas sale from November 14 to 21, a selection of cutlery, tablecloths, glasses and plates perfect for inspiring your festive tables. A little workshop during which Lisa explained how to make that little box that could house your gifts, chocolates, love notes,...
Breaking news: you can learn how to make them yourself next week. You can also see the paper flower we made during the Urban Outfitters Workshopthis time in a white version. Don't worry, the DIY is coming soon!
A nod to the show "Andy, say yes"which took place yesterday, and during which Lisa taught you how to make the table wreath featured in Make My Party, infinitely adaptable to your glasses, your tables, your gifts (yes, I've always dreamed of writing the texts for TV shopping). Here's a glimpse of this pretty living room, where every detail is taken care of, right down to the water bottle!
Jeanne designing the decor for the Editions Eyrolles stand at the Création & Savoir Faire trade show at Porte de Versailles from November 19 to 23. Based on the theme of the Roaring Twenties, we imagined a décor entirely made of paper, with gousset watches, Parisian kiosks... You'll notice that we have a great passion for floor work, because despite the lack of space we like to be one with the material.
I'm dreaming of a Harry Potter-style world where we could put sound on the picture: because yes, literally, if I look so happy, it's because we're listening to "Tu m'oublieras", "Le Temps des cathédrales"... So to help you imagine, today I'm sharing with you an exclusive office playlist! We look forward to hearing your personal "motivational songs"!
On that note, hugs and best wishes for a wonderful Sunday. To recap: What do you think is the inspiration for this year's Christmas shoot? And tell me how to round out our office playlist with your best "songs of shame"!
