WEAR LEMONADE #2 BIANCA Blouse
Hello my little cats!
I'm delighted to see you back here, thank you for your feedback on the SaturdayDon't hesitate to keep sending us your applications, we'll get back to you as soon as possible! We're back today with the second part of Wear Lemonade, the BIANCA blouse! We were really surprised by the popularity of the LUISA dress ( which is now back in stock! ), it's been great, and we're seeing your designs pouring in on social networks - it's really hot! We've gone through all your comments, and listened to your suggestions in previous articleso we've made a few changes.
In each case, you will now find:
- - A cutting plan to place the different parts of the garment in line with the fabric.
- - We now go up to size 46.
- - We've made a size chart with all the measurements we use to grade garments, go to here!
- - And above all, we've integrated the stitching value into the pattern by 1 cm, which I grant you is life-changing!
- - And as a bonus, we've also changed the packaging to our "colors"...
Thank you 100 times over for your positive and encouraging feedback on this project! Today I'm sharing with you the Bianca blouse, a top with a shirt collar, to be made in any cotton. We've included a variation on the pattern, so you can make the blouse with either a heart pocket or a classic pocket. I wanted to imagine it with a small collar of "perfect" proportions, so that I could wear it under a sweater or pullover and only have the collar sticking out... So yes, there's a collar (I can hear you freaking out from here) but if you let yourself be guided, you'll see that everything's going to work out just fine, it's a shirt collar but without the difficulty of the button placket because the opening is in the back... Pattern tested and approved by the most novice of our entourage. You'll see that assembling a collar is a piece of cake, really!
For the curious, I found the plumetis, white check, speckled and white honeycomb fabrics at Sacrés Coupons at 4 rue d'Orsel in the 18th arrondissement of Paris, and the crazy stripe fabric on the site of MILH
I can't wait to read your feedback, don't hesitate to write to us for any advice, and share your creations on Facebook, Twitter and especially Instagram with the hastag #DIYwearlemonade. On that note, a big kiss and see you soon!
