HAPPY FRIDA-Y #16
Happy Friday todos!
Frida week is coming to an end, and I didn't want to give you a super didactic look with a pretty long skirt, an embroidered blouse, a fringed shawl and a lot of jewelry, but I did want to do a Frida 2.0 look. A Frida who chases 500 projects and has 57 hours in a day, so needs to be practical, but still colorful and feminine. And then 2012 obliges, the unibrow (which nevertheless looked great on her) wouldn't have survived laser hair removal, but as for the moustache, it's almost certain she'd have kept it, so trendy is this moustache thing... My hairy ramblings aside, it's been too good this week Frida with you! I apologize with my little "have you seen your dark circles on the floor?" face. I'm sleeping this weekend between 2 DIYs on the stove and a bikini recipe in the offing!
On this summer day n°2, I'm wearing little "orthopedic" shoes, as my sweet family would say (Frida obliges, I must say...). H&Mand a skirt found by Justine B. on Etsy, Nicole lebreuxa T-shirt Marni for H&M... and a military jacket that everyone should have in their closet! And of course the DIY Frida as promised on my twirling mane... and not forgetting this vintage braided belt, from my mom. My friend Ophélie P., whom you don't know yet, said something very true to me the other day, when I told her I'd bought such and such a belt, at such and such a place... she said: "Do you buy belts? Belts aren't something you steal from moms?" it made me laugh, it's true isn't it? see you soon!
