WEAR LEMONADE ACT III
Aaaaah company, my friends, my loves, my kittens! Act 3 already? Why 3, the pattern launch in January, the ready-to-wear collection in May and now the new collection! Here we are, continuing the adventure Wear Lemonade ! I'm so excited and happy to share with you the photos from this shoot... It's a bit of an exclusive, as the first piece will be released on Wednesday! By the way, if you'd like to buy one of the pieces from the current collection, you only have a few days left - the pieces will be withdrawn from sale as soon as the new collection is online! As much as the first little collection was already a nod to all the Do It Yourself pieces I'd been able to present to you since the start of the Make My Lemonade adventure. But for this second collection, I wanted to imagine pieces that for me are must-haves, and try to tell you a colorful little story... A pretty little woman who plays tennis in dungarees and shorts, referees the court in a classy little dress and picks lemons in a pantsuit... I'm a bit like a kid on Christmas morning, and I hope this feeling never leaves me, because I'm nervous about showing you everything. I've already got the enthusiastic feedback and wishlists from my friends and family about the collection, but I'm a little anxious to read you and get your feedback... I'll keep my fingers crossed and let you watch this little teaser film. So over the next three months, you'll meet :
It's been hard to resist the temptation of polka dots. If I had my way, every piece would be speckled with irregular little polka dots... I'm completely hooked, I realize, and I'm well aware that not everyone is a polka dot fan. That's why there are stripes in this collection, which you should definitely mix with polka dots! And you know, I have other obsessions and one of them is cherries... I can't fight when I see a polka-dot fabric... And it's a kind of pea too, isn't it?
For the record, my 15-year-old niece Lola (how old I am), wears a dress with a little white collar that I gave her in bottle green with white polka dots, and her friends, in the throes of puberty, call it Cerise de Groupama... And then, without thinking about it, here I am, designing a little dress with a contrasting collar in cherry... So that'll be the Lola dress!
Last time, I asked you which piece you'd like to see in the next collection, and many of you voted for dungarees and pantsuits. I hope you'll be happy, and please let me know what you'd like to see in the next collection from October, if there's anything I can do for you...
