Hello my little cats!

I hope your weekend was sunny, personally I'm on top form, recharged with vitamin D! We've had over 5 days of sunshine in one week, so you could say that spring has sprung! I'm in a trance, doing the "sun dance" with my jeans rolled up, I'm filled with a new positive energy! And I'm back today to tell you all about a magical moment, and the icing on the cake: maybe you'll be able to take part too! Ah, I can't stand it any longer, I'm taking you with me...

A few days ago, with the complicity of Chanel, I was lucky enough to live a new Lesage experience. Remember last year, when I went to visit the ateliers Lesage and Lemarié workshops during the production of the Paris-Dubai collection. I tried my hand at classic sequin embroidery with the invaluable help of Dominique. It was crazy, wonderfully refreshing, but above all too short. I could have stayed for hours with these embroiderers, getting adopted if need be. Then a few weeks ago, Chanel and its art houses offered me an introduction to Lunéville crochet embroidery at the Lesage school...

I don't need to tell you how hysterical I was... Because it was another unique and crazy experience, but above all because I'd never touched a crochet hook in my life... And I was so happy to be going back to school! And having seen all the documents on Loïc Prigent's workshops, I was fascinated by how easy it was for embroiderers to stitch square meters of microscopic seed beads and sequined pompons with those famous hooks. I was lucky enough to have a teacher all to myself, the sweet Aline, who was as patient as gold... Very educational, I quickly succeeded in making chain stitches in all directions, and I couldn't stop!

The Lesage school offers embroidery courses for all levels, a bit like snowflakes on a ski slope. Once your level has been validated, you can move up the ladder and have access to new training courses, until you obtain your black embroidery belt, and then you can apply to embroidery workshops, as their teaching is recognized by the greatest luxury houses... I did an introduction to crochet, during which I learned to make chain stitches, embroider pearls and sequins... A real pleasure with great people! And because it's been a long time since I've spoiled you, we're offering you the chance to win an introduction to embroidery with Maison Lesage and Maison d'art de la Maison Chanel! Yes, yes, you're not dreaming!

All you have to do to enter is leave a comment telling me about the last creative thing you learned! I'll draw the lucky winner on Friday for my happy friday! Can't wait to hear from you!
