My little cats,

first "brief life" article to tell you how disappointed I was in the last few days to learn that I hadn't been selected to take an evening course in patisserie with the city of Paris... It's now been 3 years and a bit since I left the Duperré school, and you've no idea how much I miss "learning"... I feel like eating the world and being a sponge to soak up all possible information. So when the letter arrived at the apartment, saying "no no no, staffing is full, sorry" I was disappointed, and then I thought "when life gives you lemons, make lemonade out of them... ". I told myself that these 3 hours a week would be used to take care of my lover and my friends, because I do a lot of things, and I'm a draught at home... And then, because I'm varnished, and I have a lucky star, luck knocked on my mailbox... NIKON school, offered me the chance to attend photography classes of my choice! Yes yes yes, I went back to school for two days, to learn the basics of "culinary photography", because I confess I had a few notions, but nothing more... Since I set up Make My Lemonade, I've had a few frustrations in terms of photography, I do a lot of things by feel, without really worrying about certain rules, it was mainly because I didn't know them... So I took the time and learned a lot: THANK YOU... I loved it, it was almost a private class (there were 5 of us), with a real food photographer (Aurore Deligny) and ALL the unimaginable photo equipment at our disposal. A bit of a dream...

Well, I'll give you a very academic overview, I didn't have my crockery and the dishes were ready-made, but I hope to get behind the stove soon to show you my next illustrated recipes!
