FALSE START

Hello my little cats, 

This morning, as I was walking to the metro, I was thinking about what I was going to write to you and I felt good, full of love, it wasn't too cold, I had a stupid smile stuck on my face, the song Myth by Beach House in my ears, and I was feeling good, relaxed, supple, it had been a long time and all of a sudden I had the feeling that despite this anxious start to the year, 2015 is going to be a crazy year! January slowed us all down and we're going to say we're going to rewind January... If only it worked like that, then we'll say February is a new beginning! So I wish you a wonderful 2015, full of beauty, sweetness, love and creativity!

I'd been wanting to team up with a patisserie to redo their entire paper menu for a long time, but the opportunity never presented itself, or at least not yet (never say never...). So I thought the Lemonade Studio girls and I would rack our brains and make a list of the desserts we love, and make them out of paper to give you a 2015 calendar... Even though it's been a long and arduous process, I think we're all very proud to be able to deliver this calendar to you. You'll see that we're very into paper cakes at the moment in the office, so I won't tell you more about it, but it'll be coming to the blog very soon.

I really can't wait to tell you about all the crazy things we've got in store for you in 2015... But I'm hoping that time will take its time to prepare some surprises for you, surprises which, as you'll see, will often take the form of my dreams! Happy New Year, my little cannelés!
