Hello my little cats!

I'm back on duty around here, I've been on a bit of a "break" lately, not for lack of desire, no, because this is really my breath of fresh air, as you know, but rather for lack of time! Life has speeded up significantly because, as Charlotte was telling you, we've just moved into 100 m2 of light, love and inspiration!

So between packing, travelling (I'm writing to you from my hotel room in Canada) and preparing for the wedding, my life is a bit of a marathon at the moment, but you're used to me telling you that, and I think I have to admit that I love it.

As I said in the article about the bridesmaid's kitI want to take advantage of every little moment that this wedding can bring me, because since my life is so full, I don't want to miss out on all those little moments... So when I met Laurence and Anouch fromÉpouse-moi Cocottein addition to imagining this famous bridesmaids' kit, I immediately wanted to ask them to immortalize my bodyguard, my "bridesmaids of horror"...

What I like about Laurence's photos is that they're not too girly, not pastel, not posed, not like all the others you see these days... Okay, there's glitter and confetti, because confetti is life, but I think they look just like us. On the morning of the photo shoot, I decided on a polka-dot or striped dresscode, not exactly the most creative idea I've ever had... But I have to admit that I was walking on eggshells with this photo shoot because it wasn't my bachelorette party, the famous EVJF... I left it up to them to organize it and I didn't feel like imposing a photo shoot if it wasn't what they had planned. So the dresscode was light, so as not to constrain anyone, and keep your fingers crossed for me that I don't end up in disguise making pledges... That and the wedding power point are my two biggest pet peeves!

But still, I wanted to mark the occasion, to have a souvenir of these magical months of preparation, with these chicks I adore. So I present to you my "damsels of horror"! I hope you like these "family" photos. I personally love them, Laurence took around 200... I scroll through them on my computer, a bit like vacation photos. I think I can say that these chicks are a bit like my muses, so different and yet all indispensable...

A friend of mine told me about these little boats you can rent on the Canal de l'Ourq, without a license".Freshwater sailor". I'd rented the little boat about ten days before, and here we were, ready to embark. On the way out, we passed a good number of girls who'd had the same idea, and quite a few birthday drinks! I think the photos taken near the water are so photogenic, and it's as if we'd escaped Paris for a few hours... In short, I think it's a really cool idea for small budgets to create a nice surprise.

Thanks again to Laurence from Épouse-moi cocotte for these brilliant photos, and if you're ever tempted by a photo shoot with the girls, you'll find all the details on their site. They don't just do EVJFs, but also weddings, engagements, families, girlfriends, relatives... I almost want to print them all out and make myself an album... Heart with fingers... I'll be back soon with my Canadian adventures! And one last one with confetti...
