Whoa!

Well yes, what would a "Yeah Beach" week be without an eskimo recipe, and what's more, an eskimo with lemonade... Here I am in total culinary improvisation, it also works very well with a smoothie, yes because I had done a little test beforehand so as not to find myself in trouble on D-day for the photos... It's my specialty (a little), to imagine incredible culinary stories (in my head) and then in fact no... (but I'm tenacious and I persevere...) So that was just a little aside to tell you that I test and re-test my recipes before sharing them... I also digest them, so as not to make you sick, but knock on wood, everything is very digestible (and gourmet) and I'm not a kamikaze of the taste buds either, so I promise everything is tested, approved and digested!

for 6 lemonade popsicles, you'll need:

  • 20cl cold whipping cream
  • 50g powdered sugar
  • 2 yellow lemons
  • 1 lime
  • and 10cl of Psccchiiittt or other soft drink.

To begin, zest the 2 lemons and set aside. In a bowl, using an electric mixer, whip the cream until stiff, then add the powdered sugar once the cream has thickened. Then place the whipped cream, lemon zest, lemonade, juice and pulp in a blender. Blend! Then fill your popsicle molds, and leave your ice lemonade cream to set overnight in the freezer! And TADAM! Enjoy!
