Happy Friday my little cats!

During the last open house at the office, a reader asked me if I could do an article on how to mix Wear Lemonade pieces with the clothes in her closet. It didn't fall on deaf ears... So today I'm focusing on the Chiara, or even on below-the-knee dresses in general, with 6 looks that I hope will inspire you! With all this in mind, I'm wondering whether, at the next office open house, I won't be putting up a sort of "question box" for the more timid... The team and I are currently thinking about organizing meet-ups/sales/workshops in a few towns, as part of a sort of "Lemonade Tour" (sorry Beyoncé, I'm stealing that one) across the major cities of France. To be continued...

In this photo I'm wearing the Chiara dress dress with Asos espadrilles that I literally can't let go of, I'll have to remedy that by finding them in every color, by the way. Sézane makes them in lemons... And I twist it up with a vintage milliaire jacket, camouflage or not, polka-dot or not, and a duck-green wicker hat. Goorin Bros. Cool colors khaki + navy + duck green with yellow = the right mix!
In this photo I'm wearing the Chiara dress in lemon sorbet with a perfecto Schott powder pink, still espadrilles (photoshopped to serve the purpose) but I could have worn mint or mauve ballerina flats as if from a Pinterest board, a wicker basket April Shower. The idea here is to go all out for the bridesmaid look, a little offbeat with the perf, but in a cameo of candy colors.

I haven't done a look with the 3 Chiara dresses silk dresses, because I think you'll understand what I'm getting at... The silk version is perfect for your upcoming ceremonies and other post-wedding brunches, or if you don't want to go to the garden party at the Élysée Palace, you'll glow with this one for your best friend's wedding... So my advice for the silk versions is to go for the dressy, candy-like look, and give it a twist with a tousled haircut, a big stroke of eyeliner or a crazy piece like a perfecto or a powder-pink bomber. Or go completely against the grain... a little punk around the edges, I'm sure it's very cool with a pair of Doc MartensA pair of Doc Martens, a denim jacket, an army jacket, or a printed cardigan to offset the stripes, or even an embroidered bolero - have fun! If there's ever a time to let your imagination run wild, it's at a wedding!

Here I'm wearing Chiara simply with a belt &other Stories but it works with any colorful belt, a lemon bag André x Apologie and magical gold pumps Jonak (one day I'll tell you the story of this pair, which will involve a kiss, a Danish and a slow dance in a fountain, shoes wet).
And in a cooler, more everyday version, I'm wearing the Chiara blue with StanSmith and glitter striped socks Wear Lemonade and a jacket Day/newborn but it works with any colorful casual jacket.

So the Chiara blue is like a good friend to me. It's a bit like the easy dress you wear to work and change accessories to go out in the evening. What I like to do with this dress, since it's a boat neck, is to be able to put any jacket over it, and it works! It creates a graphic detail of lines around the face that's super interesting. It also works with a round-collared cardigan, blue overalls, a shirt jacket, a perf... And with Chiara, we don't hesitate to wear it in relaxed mode with a pair of Converse and an open shirt tied around the waist, hands in pockets and forward to the office, the beach or the restaurant: the blue chambray it's easy!

I'm wearing the dress Chiara Plumetiswith the mythical yellow oilskin Petit Bateau For those who watch Girls, this is a tribute to Marni and her rainy wedding. With a pair of ballerinas Asos that are destroying my feet but are adorable, so I don't know what to do with them...
And now I'm enjoying wearing the Chiara dress dress like the relaxed bride I wasn't, with a little denim jacket and gold pumps, all flowered with gypsophila in my hair. I think it's a great alternative for a civil wedding dress or a Pacs... In fact, you can do whatever you like!

.

To tell you the truth, I think I'm fantasizing quite a bit about you as a bride! Wear LemonadeAt the Lemonade Studio, we get lots of photos of you in a Lolita wedding dress, and every time, my heart skips a beat! So why not in Chiara plumetisit's soft and lined, so there's no risk of transparency! I can't hide the fact that I have a passion for little white dresses, and I have quite a collection of them... They're my summer "little black dresses". I can't wait for the warm weather to arrive in earnest, so I can have a festival of white! So, if you want to wear a little white dress other than for your wedding, I'd advise you either to go for a color-block look, and the white dress will soothe the retina of those around you, or to go for the complete opposite of the virginal little dress with the black leather perfecto we should all have in our closet. Ephemeral tattoos on the arms (I discovered those of Laclaire studio), black nail polish, creepers or low black converses. In short, all Chiara! I have to tell you, you gave her a wild welcome! So thank you so much for this, and I can't wait to see your looks and pattern creations! Don't forget to post photos of your Chiara on our page CommunityWe can't wait to see what fabrics you've chosen! Big hugs and kisses!
