HAPPY CANADIAN SUNDAY

The title of this article could have been "unfiltered"... These photos come to you straight from the lens of your camera.'Eleonore BridgeThey're raw, with that crazy golden light! These photos were taken during the last few days of our trip to Canada, in Tofino at the end of the day, the light was so perfect... I can't explain it any better than these photos, it was mild, the sun was low, we were on the other side of the world and we knew that this little ray of sunshine was only going to last a few minutes... It was so nice to try and suspend this magical moment at the end of a vacation. You know, it's always at the end of a vacation that it's at its best, but it goes by too quickly, rather like a sunset...

Just as Mai de Super by Timaiwho made me aware of the colors around me, Eleonore opened my eyes to light and magical moments. I don't think I was blind either before I met these two... but Mai is really a great teacher, and Eleonore is eager to share all her photographic discoveries. I've got a feeling that this school year is going to be a rich one, and I'm really keen to learn even more about colors and their associations, and to really improve my photography skills, maybe change cameras too...

September is an exciting month, it's a bit like taking stock of your good intentions from January and taking on new ones, well, I've just told you, but I'd really like to take some colorful risks and have fun associating bold colors with each other, in my paper creations, in my drawings (start coloring, by the way?) and why not even take the plunge?) and why not even have fun creating colorful designs for Wear Lemonade, but don't worry, I don't want to make you look like a clown either! After that, as far as photography is concerned, I've got the feeling it's a bottomless pit of new techniques, retouching, materials and methods, but I've got a hunch I'm going to have a lot of fun in this new office! And as I said yesterday on Instagram I want to learn how to draw beautiful typography, to tame the famous "lettering" ! It's shaping up to be a busy back-to-school season! And what are your good intentions for the new year?
