Hello my little otters, I hope everything's going well on your side of the family, and not too bad on ours. Summer's on its way, and summer means heat, terrace lunches, mossy evenings, summer hits... But I digress, so let's get back to the nuggets and other adventures of the past few weeks!

Aaaah the Miranda Carmen shoot, an explosion of color, vitamins and crazy looks. You've already seen the official version, but here you can see the unofficial version of this shoot, the first photo in the new summer saga I've named Lisa Gachet's Normal Life. Yes, it's a bit like her everyday life, the kind of unreal moments when she nonchalantly phones in a dress worthy of Cannes, paper fruit on her head (and you haven't even seen her ride a bike in a tutu, pure magic, I tell you).

A few weeks ago, Lisa had the privilege of meeting Louise Bourgoin for the launch of a new fragrance Kenzo which will be released very soon, but all this is still confidential. All we can say is that this perfume has a very pretty history, since the advertising was shot before it even existed, so what follows can only be magical, a perfume created in the image of its sublime muse.

It was an honor for Lisa to meet the pretty ex-Miss Météo and to be taken into the confidence of this new project, impressed by the actress' simplicity and kindness.

We were invited by PMU to the Grand Prix de Diane in Chantilly. Wearing our home-made hats (a multitude of daisies for Lisa, and a discreet cloud hat for me), we headed to the Hippodrome!

The weather was a bit temperamental, and I lost 70% of my hat on the track, but don't worry, last time I checked, no horse choked on it...

A more than pleasant Sunday in Chantilly, racecourses have never really attracted me but I have to admit that, against all odds, a running horse is downright beautiful to look at and so graceful.

There was also the famous hat contest, lots of entertainment and a Julien Doré concert (after a long debate on the subject with Lisa, I still say: yes, I'd marry that man).

As an aside, if you follow the Make My Lemonade account on Instagram, you've probably seen images of the latest Chanel presentation. This preparation is basically reserved for the best customers, a real course in the history of clothing and more specifically on the emblematic piece that is Mademoiselle Coco Chanel's little black jacket.

This time, for the press presentation of the Paris Dallas collection, Chanel decided to include journalists in this little history lesson. Even if most of the journalists present know the history of Chanel by heart, it's amazing to always discover new things, to have little reminders that really emphasize the coherence and titanic work of this house.

Watch out! Déménageurs Breton sequence with the assembly of this piece of furniture Sengtai. Lisa was lucky enough to design a bookcase for this incredible brand, and we received one in the office. She'll tell you more about this lovely story in a few days.

Preparing a DIY project takes up a lot of our time, as we have to organize everything in advance, check that no materials are missing (Lisa's nails), start on the photos, write the texts, etc. But sometimes we get lost along the way, as this photo shows. A DIY clutch test that turned into a Calimero costume, and believe me, this kind of drift happens quite often, but that's how we perfect / improve / transform DIY ideas to try and make them interesting and perfect for you. Rest assured, there will be no Caliméro DIYs.

And that's the end of it! Where's Frida? Doesn't Charlotte love her anymore? No, Frida remains first in my heart (after my own cat of course, yes Sneezy I'm talking about you here) and she'll be back on your screens soon, I promise! I hope you enjoyed these little moments of our daily lives, I give you a big kiss and I'm going back to making pinatas and pompons (yes that's a bit of my daily life ahah)!
