I'm not going to talk about drugs today, of course. But I am talking about colorful ecstasy, because Armani contacted me to offer me the chance to try out their freshly released lipsticks. "Ecstasy. You know, there are partnerships like that that you just can't refuse, especially when you're given carte blanche and the chance to do absolutely whatever I wanted with the products.

You're beginning to know my passion for lipsticks: when I use them, I find that they finish off any silhouette nicely, like a sort of signature at the bottom of the page. So, when I received the lipsticks, I first loved the packaging, an object, a real heavy object, with a magnetic cap, a beautiful object, and then the color that came out was madness. A sort of retro, desirable object that reminded me of childhood. The moment when you watch your mom putting on lipstick with the eyes of love, and the moment when you secretly put it everywhere, that little pleasure of playing at who you'll be one day, lipstick remains for me a "grown-up game" after all. 

Some time ago, I saw a photo on Tumblr, which I've obviously lost, but I'll tell you about it, featuring two women playing chess with lipstick. Their expressions were crazy and deep, and I thought I'd use them as inspiration for this collection. Flowers, color... It feels good, doesn't it? 

If you're looking for a matte lipstick, this one's for you. Lipsticks with a lot of pigments are often very dry and not very comfortable after a few hours. Here, we're in absolute comfort, with the impression that a lipstick and a cold cream have made love to give life to a lipstick. Ecstasy... The result is transparent color that you can modulate to increase its intensity. You can wear it as is, or apply a first coat, dab it on with a tissue and then apply a second coat of lipstick.
