A day with Sézane…
It's a special day on the blog... A few months ago I met Morgane, the talented designer from Sézane. I literally fell in love with this young woman, and I hope to be able to do a portrait of her in "Des gens bien" very soon, so that you can discover a little more about her. She's really a very beautiful person...
On the professional front, we've agreed to open a club for hyper-active girls, happy to get up in the morning and start writing emails at 7 a.m. because we can't sleep any longer, as the day is going to be so full of surprises and twists. We're a bit crazy, but we've all tasted the joy and freedom of being your own boss, and I think you'll find others who have.
Sézane is a brand of clothes, shoes and accessories that I adore. Beyond being a fan of the designer, her pieces are really tastefully made, in beautiful materials, and when I see her collections I can feel all the heart she's put into them. It's palpable... With her small team, she distills her collections every month on her e-shop, and this date is a real rendezvous with her customers. Sézane It's crazy to see how Sézane unleashes passions, with products going out so fast, real Sézane addicts.
When Morgane asked me to work for her under my set designer hat, to imagine a collection of moods around her new collection, I was super flattered, especially as she manipulates beautiful images and deploys her brand universe like no one else... I wanted to go further with this commission, doing my job as set designer, DA but also taking the photos myself. What an experience, I literally loved this one, and after a trip to my local photo equipment rental shop, and a training session with my friend Charlotte Evrard, I took the plunge... What a satisfaction, I still want more! I'll be delivering this order throughout the day, I hope you like it, and here's photo number One!
