See Fantinethe rounded jacket, perfect to match the wave cut of the Nina skirt. Practical with its small flap pockets, it's lined for an impeccable finish, and its piping accentuates the shape of its collar.
To sew Fantinedon't hesitate to coordinate your choice of fabric with the Nina skirt, as we did with a cold wool suiting coupon. We've also kept the matte cotton piping we used for the skirt, for a true coordinated look. If, on the other hand, you'd like it as a stand-alone piece, it lends itself to all seasons, in linen or cotton satin for summer, in cold suit wool, or why not in tweed for a real winter feel. For more color, opt for a nice solid color or a large floral. Avoid geometric patterns, as there are lots of pattern connections on this model.
Beware of thick fabrics, which can cause problems at the seams, so don't add piping. Remember to use a good-quality lining that's a little slippery, to make it easier to turn the lining inside out.

You'll need :
-2m fabric in 140cm width or 2m60 fabric in 110cm width,
-1m40 lining in 140cm width or 1m90 lining in 110cm width,
-3m piping,
-a little fusible webbing,
-3 buttons 18 to 25mm in diameter.
